All poster presenter must prepare a physical poster to be displayed on the poster board on-site.
Poster presenters are responsible for bringing their own poster to be displayed on-site
Each poster panel accommodates one poster and attached using adhesive tape.

Poster set up times

• Recommended poster set up time: Sunday, 5 July from 16:00 to 18:00.

Format Requirements

• 700mm(W) x 1000mm(H) in portrait orientation
• Please download and use the poster format provided above.
• Please make sure that the poster is readable from a distance of 2m.
